Lumia is an emotional reflection and self-care app. Lumia is not a medical device, does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, and is not an emergency service. If you may be in danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a crisis line.

End User License Agreement

Lumia uses Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for apps made available on the App Store. You can review it here: Apple Standard EULA .

Lumia Plus Subscriptions

Lumia offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions called Lumia Plus. Prices shown below are for the United States App Store and may vary by region.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

AI Features

Lumia may use Google Gemini through Firebase AI Logic and Lumia cloud services to generate supportive responses, reflections, summaries, and live voice responses. Lumia asks for your permission in the app before sending personal content to these AI services. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable Use

Use Lumia only for lawful personal reflection and self-care support. Do not use Lumia to harass others, upload illegal content, reverse engineer the service, or interfere with the operation of Lumia or related services.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide notice where appropriate.
